Attorneys seem to ask us constantly to search for cases like "What's a broken tooth worth in Catoosa Co.?" or "I've got a farmer on a tractor that was hit by a logging truck in Ware Co.; do you have a case like that?" Honestly, we probably don't...yet. But that doesn't mean these or similar cases don't exist! To help people find them, we have created a new service called All-Points Bulletin (APB), which is free to subscribers. 

We'll maintain two separate networks, one for plaintiff and one for defense attorneys - plaintiff case requests will only stay in the plaintiff's network and vice versa. This is how it will work(apb gold):

1. If you can't find what you're looking for using the conventional CaseMetrix (www.case-metrix.com) search facility, contact Alan Pershing @ (404) 964-5429/ alan.pershing@case-metrix.com, Richard Briddock @ (404) 218-7032/ richard.briddock @case-metrix.com or Kim White (404) 849-6422/kim.white@case-metrix.com and give us the details. If we can't find cases with our traditional "behind the scenes" searches, we'll put it out on the APB network.

2. We'll send you instructions for saving the search under your login using the "CaseSave" facility.

3. As cases are found across the APB network and passed through QC, they'll be approved and loaded to the database. At that point, your "CaseSave" notifications will tell you we've found cases matching your criteria.

However, we don't want to send these requests to people unless they're interested in either submitting or finding cases for the network. If you're interested, please take a minute to Opt-In; we only want to send requests to people who wish to receive them. The more people and the larger the network, the more likely we can find cases to assist everyone.

When you opt-in, you'll occasionally receive email from CaseMetrix titled "APB Case Request." When you see these, take a minute to review the request. If you determine that you have a similar case, you can simply either enter it through your login or call Kim White directly at (404) 849-6422 or call our main office number (678) 732-9712 and we'll take it down over the phone. It usually takes about 5 minutes to enter a case and will count towards your monthly case contribution quota.
