All Points Bulletin is an upcoming massively multiplayer online video game for Microsoft Windows based in urban sprawls and featuring two sides, Enforcement and the Criminals. Players may join either the Enforcers or the Criminals, and form sub-groups in these. The game design is led by David Jones, creator of the original Grand Theft Auto and Crackdown, and is being developed by Realtime Worlds.
We will still get the game(APB gold), but it's annoying that we don't get LAN support. We would prefer still being able to rush with a single type of unit. There was always a balance in the game, but that still didn't do much if we can rush you with a massive amounts of a single unit. We would rush your base with like 15 of them, throw them underground, then destroy your base. We would probably lose 5 in the rush.
Instant teleport isn't anything new. It's been done in in CnC before. For those games, they put in a delay. You're unit couldn't do anything for a second or more. It all depends on the distance you teleported them. The longer the distance, the more delay. Like if you went from one side of the map to the other, your unit was worthless for like 15-20 seconds. Also, it was only one kind of infantry unit that could teleport. If you decide to spy on the tech center of your opponent.
APB(APB money): They did have a superweapon transport device. Was on like a 15 minute timer and only worked with vehicles. It was also a limited space, so you could transport at most, 5 vehicle units. There was no unit delay on it, so as soon as they teleport, they were active. We would imagine they will implement a timer delay on the teleportation, short distance only teleportation, or a unit delay. If you can teleport anywhere you want, with no timer delay or unit delay, it's pretty much a win in the game. You could not stop it.
